If you have checked and still not received it can be only one of 2 things

If you have multiple purchases in a matrix but wanted single purchase only we are sorry but there is no mechanism for reversing purchases already made due to the fact that commissions and matrix entries are made and paid immediately. So take special care when purchasing not to double click or if you have loaded funds for more than Matrix1 just let the system add you in the following matrices automatically - do not manually add more purchases. Once you are in all 10 matrices then only manual additions can be made for additional credits, but until that time the system will always auto upgrade you to maximise your benefits.
